SellerSocket provides analytics and reporting on your own Amazon selling data, delivered through AI-assistant connections you configure (such as Claude). You must have an active Amazon selling account and authorize SellerSocket's access to it through Amazon's official authorization flow.
You are responsible for keeping your SellerSocket login secure and for all activity under it. You must be authorized to connect the Amazon account you connect.
SellerSocket is a monthly subscription of USD $20, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may use SellerSocket only to view and analyze data for accounts you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the service, or use the service in violation of Amazon's policies applicable to you as a seller.
Your Amazon data remains yours. Our collection, use, and deletion of it are described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Disconnecting your Amazon account deletes your stored authorization immediately.
SellerSocket depends on data from Amazon's APIs, which can be delayed, revised, or temporarily unavailable; figures shown may differ from Amazon's consoles due to timing and attribution differences. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. SellerSocket provides business information, not financial, legal, or tax advice — decisions you make from it are your own.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSocket's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost sales.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to subscribers by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SellerSocket's operating entity is registered.
